Order Processing Time
We know you're excited to receive your items! All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Custom orders may require additional lead time before shipping. This will be noted in the product description.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few extra days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.
Shipping Destinations & PO Boxes
The Wood Mill Shop ships to addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories. Because we primarily ship via USPS, we are happy to deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Usually 3-5 business days via USPS.

Expedited Shipping: If available at checkout, expedited options will show an accelerated delivery estimate for an additional fee.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to USPS carrier issues or peak seasonal volumes.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at thewoodmillshop@gmail.com so that we can make it right.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as we may request photos to help us process a claim with the carrier.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please remember that you must contact us first at thewoodmillshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label.
